Variants to test, not deliverables to sign off.

The creative agent produces ad creative and landing pages as sets of variants built to be tested, each one changing a single thing against the current best, so that what wins can be said and reused. It works from your brand and value proposition and from what the analytics agent says visitors actually respond to, and nothing it makes goes live without a person approving it.

What it reads

Your brand guidelines and value propositionCurrent best-performing creative and pagesAd platform creative reportingLanding page behaviour from analyticsCustomer language from reviews, calls and support

What it analyses

  • Which messages, hooks and formats have historically earned attention and which have earned conversions, because they are not always the same.
  • Where creative fatigue is setting in, and which elements are due for a fresh variant.
  • The words your customers use to describe the problem, so copy is written in their language rather than yours.
  • What each variant changed, so a result can be attributed to a decision.

How it decides

Every variant is a hypothesis with one changed element: the hook, the proof, the offer, the format. Variants are tested against the current best, never against each other in a free-for-all, and the verdict comes from the paid or CRO agent reading conversions rather than from reactions. Anything that wins is written into the playbook as a rule for the next round, and anything that loses is written down too, so the same idea is not retried in a month.

Example experiments

The shape of a test, written before it ships.

Illustrative, not a promise. Every experiment on your account gets this record before anything changes: the hypothesis, what the verdict is read from, what stays fixed, how long until a verdict, and where a person decides.

Hypothesis 01

Ad creative that opens with the customer's own description of the problem outperforms creative that opens with the product on cost per qualified lead.

Measured on
Qualified leads per unit spend, both variants in the same ad set.
Held constant
Audience, budget, landing page and offer.
Verdict after
Until both arms have enough leads to compare on medians.
Human gate
Every variant approved against brand and value proposition before launch.

Hypothesis 02

A landing page that mirrors the ad's headline and proof point converts better than the generic service page the ads currently land on.

Measured on
Enquiry rate from paid traffic on the matched page against the generic page.
Held constant
Ad creative, audience and traffic split.
Verdict after
Four to six weeks.
Human gate
Page copy and design approved before it receives traffic.

Hypothesis 03

Proof placed before the offer, rather than after it, lifts conversion on the highest-traffic landing page.

Measured on
Enquiry rate on the reordered page against the current version.
Held constant
All copy and every other element; only the order changes.
Verdict after
Three to five weeks.
Human gate
The agent may ship layout-only changes on its own once trusted to.

Where people decide

Brand and value-proposition check on every variant, by a person, before it goes live.

You choose which elements are open to testing and which are fixed.

Nothing is published by the agent directly; it hands variants to the paid and CRO loops, which have their own gates.

What you get

  1. 01Variant sets per campaign and per key page, each with the single change named.
  2. 02A creative playbook that records what has won and lost for your audience.
  3. 03Fresh variants before fatigue sets in, on a cadence set by the data.
  4. 04Copy in your customers' language, drawn from what they actually say.
