What you own, what we keep, and how the agents are run.
Working with Cadence gets you access to a set of agents that already exist and a method that is refined on every account we run. This page sets out the split in plain English: what is yours, what is ours, and what happens if we part.

The terms, in plain English
What you own
Everything the agents produce for your business: your data, your metrics and baselines, every experiment record and its verdict, your playbook as it applies to your business, and your account configuration and credentials.
It is yours during the engagement and it is handed back in full when the engagement ends, in a form anyone can pick up and carry on with.
What we keep
The agents, the skills, the code and the method. We built them before we met you and we keep improving them.
You get the benefit of every improvement for as long as we work together, without paying for a rebuild each time.
Hosting and running
Cadence hosts and runs the agents. They work inside your accounts and against your data, under access you grant and can revoke at any time.
We do not install software on your servers and we do not hand over copies. Setting your account up is real work, and everything that set-up produces for your business is yours.
Learning across clients
We use what the agents learn to improve the methods for everyone. That is how each client benefits from what the others have already tested.
Nothing identifying one business is ever shown to another, and no client's data is used to act on another client's account.
If we part
An agreed notice period, so there is time to plan. A handover of your data, records and accounts, checked off item by item rather than assumed. Runbooks for whoever takes over.
You end up better placed than a client whose agency has gone, not worse: the record of what was tried, what worked and why stays with you.
Confidentiality and data protection
Your data and accounts stay yours and stay confidential. We do not share your results or name you without permission; where we publish, we anonymise.
For personal data inside your accounts, Cadence acts as processor and you remain controller, under a data processing agreement that forms part of the contract.
